We do share information in the following strictest business sense:
             Names and Shipping Addresses: UPS, FedEx and trucking
             companies to ship your product to you
             Names and Shipping Addresses: To manufacturers or vendors if
             we have to ship direct
             Visa, American Express, MasterCard, banks and our credit card
             processor to run your credit card.
             It depends which card you use.

We do not analyze data or perform analytics on your data.

How secure is ordering from ImpulseSealerSupply? All orders are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. We make sure to encrypt all important information such as name, address and credit card numbers so you can order safely.

Return Policy

 

Any item that is undamaged can be returned for any reason, so as long as it is still within 30 days of the deliver date.
Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with freight charges. Equipment parts cannot be returned.

 

Returning Merchandise

Returning is a simple two step process:

 

1a. Packing List:

 

Complete the return information on the back side of the packing list or provide a note with the information listed below. Please include with the packing list or the note with the returned products:

  • The order #, if available
  • The item(s) being returned
  • Reason for returning the item(s)
  • If you would like to reorder another item, include the item # and desired quantity

 

or

 

1b. Contact Us:

  • Call our Toll Free Number at (800) 459-5080 or (626) 350-9700 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

 

2. Returning the item:

  • Write the RA#/order# on the outside of the package.
  • Send the return to our mailing address.

Can I use Net 30 billing online?

We allow net 30 billing for online orders but they must first pass the credit approval.

Just select the net 30 billing option on the order form.

No minimum orders on packaging products. $30 minimum order on parts.

Order tracking?

Shipping to Canada

We routinely ships products to Canada. The system is streamlined by UPS and FedEx for fast, reliable service. The product will ship from Boatman Marking to the border with Canada. There any additional import Taxes, Tariffs or Brokers fees are applied to the product and billed to the customer separately. These fees are reasonable to continue to promote cross border trade between the two countries. If you have questions regarding these fees, it is advisable to contact UPS of Canada for appropriate estimations. If you have questions about shipping to Canada please give us a call.

 

International Shipping

We can ship via air or water to wherever our product is needed. Please contact our International Shipping Department and they can help you with your needs.

 

Government - Military - Universities - Hospitals

No Problem. We provide products and resources to these institutions regularly.
