Description
This Foot Upper Automatic Impulse Sealer is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. This Upper Auto Impulse Sealer has the sealing element on the upper jaw and silicon rubber on the lower jaw that makes a clean and secure seal which helps to protect the element from moisture and contamination. This unit has a plug-in transistorized circuit board and electronic timers that control the sealing time. This automatic impulse sealer has an electromagnet that pulls down the sealing arm helping eliminate operator error. The operator is able to program the correct settings that will maintain automatic and consistent seals making the last seal as perfect as the first. This unit includes an electric foot pedal for manual operation.
